I am an electronic novice. Got this for 20 bucks, cassette player doesn’t work but radio and line input work just fine. I’ve been using it but there is this constant noise. Sometimes gets louder, sometimes fades into background. That being said usually it gets worse as it goes along. Any idea what it could be. Cleaned pots with deoxit and checked batteries and standard power input.
