Stumbled across this promo image for MTI on IG. Notably it features the cover art from the original Ormolycka casette release, but more notably, it claims the album features two “slammin hit singles” that did not make the final cut of the album.
Forever I B Stangin Perpetratorz is the og version of Polo Right and I think the version referenced in this image got released on Three Side Tape Vol. 1. Chicken Daddy of course got released on the Playaz Circle mixtape. I’d be willing to bet that Slick Rick was on this iteration of the tracklist too, it’s always stood out to me on the released tracklist as something that sounds more like the Playaz Circle era shit.
Do we have any other knowledge about what this early iteration of the tracklist looked like? I know Hideous Disfigurements was billed as a MTI outtake on release but it sounds much further along the Ugly Mane chronology than these other tracks to my ears
Anybody else having issues with the tracking for their Castles vinyl? My order was supposed to deliver a week ago, and my shop.app account is showing my order as "delivery not completed". I received a second email from the estate's website, which like the first one, just says my order is "on the way", except this one just says "complete" under the tracking number. My original tracking number seems to be inactive now. Sent two emails to support, with no response - even checked my spam folder. Anyone know how to go about actually getting into contact with support?
