Thought I had a calf strain from gym, finally went to walk-in today as it had been a few days. They sent me straight to ER. DVT in right leg. Currently on blood thinners for 90 days and bed rest for the next few days with leg elevated. Referred to Hematology unit for testing to find root causes- not obese, not a smoker.

Kind of scared.
