I'm an EU student looking for an English-taught Bachelor's in Europe. I've narrowed it down to SDU, THWS, DCU, Fontys, Saxion, Hanze and Metropolia. My goal is to eventually build my own hardware company, so I'm particularly interested in CAD, mechanics, electronics, embedded systems, prototyping and hands-on projects

Which universities/programmes would you recommend, and which would you avoid? I'm especially interested in hearing from people who actually studied at these universities

Also, if you know any other universities in this field it would be great

I'm an EU citizen planning to move to Ireland to study mechatronic at DCU, and I'd really appreciate hearing from current students or recent graduates.

I have a few questions:

how do you find the lecturers and the overall curriculum?

how stressful is the course?

roughly how much do you spend per month as a student?

how difficult is it to find a part-time job?

how hard is it to find accommodation, and what should I expect to pay?

also any general advice or things you wish you knew before starting would be great.
