Weird dream thing I can’t explain
So for context I normally have pretty vivid dreams and remember them,
and if I’m aware enough of a dream that it’s not real I normally start lucid dreaming.
I woke up at 3 and fell back asleep but I was having a hard time falling asleep and eventually I did. I had a normal vivid dream til it transitioned to me in my kitchen. Which happens all the time my dreams also transition randomly to different ones throughout the night. But in my kitchen I think I was just cleaning or something and start staring at the window and to myself I’m thinking huh nothing is real is it? Is everything simulated?
I’m a definite believer in nothing is truly real and it’s not completely like everything is a computer simulation but I definitely do think “real” isn’t a real thing. Anyways when this happens I normally start lucid dreaming but this time after I thought to myself everything is simulated I start fainting like fully falling to the ground. I fell into my stove technically but I didn’t feel the impact it’s like it was transparent and I fell through. My ears start ringing and making these static noises which has never happened and I tried staying awake because I thought I was dying or something. My eyes start closing and when they open again I’m in my bed. I could barely keep them open but I was like oh ok weird but my ears are still making that sound. A tingly(?) sensation starts at the edge of each side of my body like starting at the edge of my arms/ legs (like longitude if that makes sense???) and then travels across my body til it meets perfectly in the middle of my body. I am so freaked out I can’t get up but like two seconds later it happens again. My ears start ringing and the same tingling sensation. As this occurs and the tingling is going over my body and the ringing in my ears I’m like ok I’m definitely dying or having a seizure. I can’t keep my eyes open and they’re fluttering. It stops again once it meets in the middle and then I start moving around and am back to normal. What the HELL was that??? I know sleep paralysis occurs but the few times that has happened to me it’s been nothing like that. Has anyone else experienced this???? I keep thinking I switched realities or some shit but what the actual HELLLLL
