We had our maple floor sanded and refinished and this is how it looks today after the second coat. It doesn’t look right to me but I know nothing about floor and I was hoping someone knowledgeable on here would weigh in 😬
We closed June 18. Buyer’s lender did not send the funding authorization until 5:02pm on June 18. Since June 19 is a holiday, funding cannot be done until June 22. As sellers we now incur carrying costs related to interest expense from June 19-22. Our agent indicated that we can ask the buyer to reimburse but they could say no, and there’s nothing else we can do. I’m frustrated. Am I entitled to anything at all? Just annoyed that we have to eat the cost when the buyer’s lender failed to meet the deadline.
