Does neurodivergence affect hiring?

It is not uncommon for neurodivergent individuals to feel that other people dislike or avoid them. Their social cues and communication styles can differ from the norm. They may also stay quiet if they do not feel they have a reason to speak.

For people who conduct interviews and make hiring decisions: does this affect your perception of a candidate if they are highly skilled and hardworking? I know that the Institutions offer an "inclusive working environment" but let's be honest, please.

Frontex AD 6 Talent Pool Eliminatory Tests

I received an invitation to participate in the AD6 Talent Pool eliminatory tests in about a week. The first test is multiple choice, and the second consists of open-ended questions. However, they provided no further information.

Does anybody have any idea what I should expect?

Thanks!

Hello,

I just created my CAST account, and as part of the application I am required to answer four questions about my motivation. Since I am not applying for a specific position, I have a question: does anyone actually read these responses?

I need to complete CAST in order to apply for specific positions I am interested in, and I do not expect to be contacted through the database. Applying for CA positions requires CAST registration, but each position also requires a separate cover letter.

Given this, I am wondering whether what I write in my profile really matters, or if it is acceptable to keep it more generic since what really matters is the cover letter for the position you're applying for.

(I'm already aware that an invitation is required to take CAST).

Thank you!
