Hi everyone. I'm 21 and I have grade 3 external hemorrhoids. I tried rubber band but it didn't work, and I'm tired of them. I'm tired of having painful bowel movements and feeling pain while lifting heavy at the gym. However, the amount of scary stories I've heard abt the surgery scares me a lot. Can people who underwent the procedure tell me wha to expect and whether it's worth it or not. How much is the pain level.
