Is it a good place to work?? How much does the work environment help in career development? Tell me something.

I have an interview in a few days, and I’m looking forward to it. The only issue is that the job is far outside Accra, so I’m unsure if I should take it.
I also heard that a reputable company in Accra, which I applied to, might soon start calling people for interviews. Since I applied there too, I don’t want to accept the first job offer and later regret it if the company in Accra calls me.
