I plan on moving from the shared apartment I currently live in by November and I am looking for a suitable 1 bedroom apartment to move into within Gwinnett county or close (like John’s creek, Alpharetta)
My budget is 1300 max excluding utilities and my requirements are pretty simple;

- Safe and reasonably quiet environment
- Responsible management
- Well maintained buildings and amenities
- NO BUGS or ROACHES (I’m moving from Rosemont Berkeley lake and the roach infestation especially in the kitchen is very real)

I would really appreciate apartment recommendations and any tips you could share.
