Hello, just curious if there's any research, or anyone's anecdotal evidence on the efficacy of over the counter testosterone booster capsules. I'm natty and I'll stay natty, so no TRT for this guy, but at 47 years of age I figure it can't hurt. I've been seeing good progress so I guess if it ain't broke, I won't change anything, unless this stuff is demonstrably placebos
