24M - Question about 14-day holter inconsistency

24M with episodic tachycardia, resting HR low 50s. 14-day single-channel ePatch read as normal sinus, zero SVEs. (odd)

HRV numbers seem internally inconsistent:
• RMSSD 87, pNN50 12.5% (published correlation r=0.98, implied pNN50 ~57%)
• HF power 1,336 vs RMSSD 87 (r>0.8 on 24h recordings)
• SDANN 186 vs ASDNN 85
The dissociation implies the NN series has infrequent large beat-to-beat jumps with tight clustering between them.

How can this be reconciled?

Patient 22M presents with pleuritic chest pain. Troponin at 27 ng/L decreasing to 16 later. D dimer borderline at 0.43, cta negative for large central PE, poor contrast timing makes ruling out segmental or subsegmental impossible.
