I’m up to spawn #103 I think I’ve skimmed every mini series besides the Angela one. Am I cooked, and should I go all the way back now.

Writing prompt.
You’re a hideous, terrifying monster. One day, you meet an innocent girl who is not afraid of you and treats you like anyone else. Day after day, you play together until your eventually separated. Many years later, you meet again, but this time she’s terrified of you.
 
“wha- what are you” she cried, legs trembling and collapsing to her feet.
“It’s me Sully, from the wardrobe” I said with an unnerving smile, wondering why my friend since childhood could no longer remember me. I slowly approach the girl with hands spread wide. She collapses to the floor. Crawling backwards, while maintaining eye contact with me. Each step I draw closer the quicker she crawls. By every inch I get closer and, by every inch my heart sinks deeper. The sharp feeling of betrayal ruminates within my chest. As a monster being accepted was never expected. But she was different from other humans. She saw me like anyone else. Why doesn’t she recognize me?  Why wont she let me get close?
“Help!” she screeched, desperately looking for someone to save her from what she thought was a monster. I stop in my tracks. The walls crawled away with her. My vision of her grew blurry, it was as if I was watching her through haze. My blurred vision was accompanied with a stinging sensation all over my eyes. The room became empty. the only thing I could see was her.
I am a monster. A monster is all I will ever be. I couldn’t separate my anger from my sadness. I didn’t know whether to yell or vomit, but I knew both outcomes would lead to the other. “Please do not hurt me” she pleaded. As if I was the deciding factor into whether she lived or not.
“All humans are alike, you believe as if you are all fragile and weak. Yet you do not hear the venom inside your words” I said while growing disgruntled. “If I’m a monster what separates you from me!” I yelled. The room was silent with faint whispers of her sobbing. We were both frozen by the tension, waiting for what the other person would do. Until I turned around, shaking. It was as if the ground under me was unstable. From the reflection in the mirror, I could slowly see her expression shift from an anxious shock into confusion. I suddenly stormed from out of the room and through the window. Leaving sharp shards of glass on the floor. I escape from the disillusion. And into the cold unforgiven night. The girl crept to the window staring at the figure she did not understand. “Sully?” she whispered to herself, confused. I leap from building to building stumbling due to my, loose legs that had neither the ability or support to uphold my heavy heart. I collide into the chimneys of the neighborhood houses. I could not see where I was going. My hands swiped across my face. My mind completely unsettled. I think I’m going to be sick. I stop and look at my reflection inside of the puddles on the roof top. Eyes bleeding with tears. Maybe I am a monster. 

Currently I’m eating chicken thighs but all health influencers I see recommend chicken breast. My current fitness goals are to recomp. I only bake my chicken and if I did stove top I use cooking spray for everything. Can I switch or will switching accumulate to reverse my work?
