My recent message to PokeRev from a purchase I made. Reach out several times by email and website form and posted it elsewhere. It’s been over 72 hours and no response. Anyone else ever run into this problem? As of now, I’m missing $300 based on the amount I actually received

I recently ordered 2 PokeRev Mystery Bonus Packs and 10 RevPack One Rips. I just received the package and only received 1 Mystery Bonus Pack and 1 One Rips. See picture below. Please kindly advise if the remaining items will be shipped or delivered as I paid roughly $400 for this product and did not receive what I ordered.
