I hear stories of people studying 40 hours a week just to barely pass while others say time management works great and it really isn’t so bad.

I want to hear YOUR perspective if you are a current student and also want to know what the general amount of time a week is spent studying and if it is reasonable to aim for a 80% average first year.

Title is basically my questions, and how would I get them, and what are they looking for? Also I’m just wondering are these positions often paid for first year students? I plan on grad school so getting this is a huge plus.
