Both of these cards are already rightfully banned in Standard and it's not like there are uniquely good answers in Pioneer against them. They're basically just as oppressive.

"Dimir Self-Bounce" isn't an actual deck archetype. It's just those two cards, crammed with as many ways to replay them as possible, which only works because Stormchaser & Nightmare are overtuned to oblivion.

And "Izzet Aggro" has plenty of other good cards that it can slot in instead of Stormchaser.

I don't think anyone is gonna miss these cards either.
