A few months ago my father had a cardiac event, was in a coma for two weeks, and then I had to make the decision to end his life. During those two weeks his brother came to visit him often, and would take pictures of him. There are pictures of him from when he was first admitted to the hospital, down to the last day he was alive.

The pictures of when he was first admitted to the hospital are gruesome. They had to work really hard on resuscitating him, there's blood everywhere, and he's mostly naked.

My uncle won't stop sharing the pictures he took as a way to garner sympathy for himself, from family and even strangers. My father who was quiet and shy would have absolutely hated having his picture put up everywhere, especially where he's bloody and half nude. My uncle texts everyone he has a number for with the pics.

Do I have a legal way to get him to quit, because asking him doesn't work. What type of lawyer would I need to contact? I'm not sure if it matters, but I'm my father's sole heir, the only person in his will, and I had power of attorney while he was alive.

I know once someone is dead they're gone, and this doesn't actually hurt my father in any way, but it hurts me knowing my dad would be livid if this was happening while he was alive.
