Note:

• They are not in their bases.

• Both Groups are armed with Flamers, Miniguns and Heavy Machineguns.

• Equip with the mindset of eliminating the other group to survive.

• They can use Aid Items.

In this timeline the FEV that the Enclave that will use is still incomplete and the Chosen One stopped the Enclave Plans to Mass Genocide the Planet using the FEV and Destroying the Research DATA that records the progress and how the FEV is creayed but died in the process by a near dead Frank Horrigan.

And now Frank Horrigan is back with almost double of his Overall Strength but same Armor and Weapons and he's now in the Mojave to fulfill the Enclave's plans on mass genocide but without the FEV.

Frank Horrigan already Eliminated the Boomers, Fiends, Great Khans, Mr. House, BoS, and almost everyone exept for the Full Force of the NCR and The Legion that gathered in the Hoover Dam.

And the NCR and the Legion proposed a Temporary Alliance to combine their strength's to take on the threat that is Frank Horrigan.

Important note:

• No DLC Characters because they are also busy with the Enclave.

• The Courier never got saved by Doc Mitchel because Goodsprings was the 1st Target of the Enclave in the night that Benny Shot the Courier.

• Frank is backed with the who is supposed to be the Remnants.

I always use both characters so I wonder what the opinion of the community of this.

This is an inspiration post and I kinda liked it and I just wanna do it here for the Characters in the Series.
