Republic of Mahbu is a fictional country which is the main setting of the Chinese movie, Sky Hunter (2017).

Basically Mahbu is a nation from Central Asia or Afghanistan due to the flag design, although the government in this film looks European style.

Interestingly, there's a banner variation flag design which was used at the last slide.

The Republic is a fictional mega nation which is the main villain in the dystopia Tamil movie, Kadaisi Ulaga Por (2024).

The Republic formed after the merger of China, Russia and other 72 countries including India to against the United Nations in 2028. The main plot started in the half of the movie when The Republic Forces invaded India by the nuclear weapons, resulting India becomes the nuclear wasteland except Tamil Nadu which becomes Southern Province of The Republic with Sri Lanka.

Barlandia is a fictional country which is the main setting of the Chinese movie, Lost in the Stars (2022). It's a fictional tropical country with tourism as the main economic source. The main language is Malay, Thai and Hindi and the currency symbol is the same as Thai Bath (฿).

For the flag design itself, it's kinda like a flag of Cuba 🇨🇺as inspiration.

This flag as known as "The Big I " flag because this design contain one brown vertical stripe in center which means the letter of "I" for Idaho. The two vertical blue stripes are Snake River and Clearwater River while the two vertical white stripes are Shoshone Falls and Idaho Falls. The color of brown and yellow are the color of potatoes and wheat respectively, which the agriculture of Idaho. The three white stars are have different meaning of the each one : Borah Peak, the highest point of Idaho, a gem, since Idaho nicknamed "State of Gem" and Boise, the capital state and the largest city of Idaho.

Kulagong is an Asian fictional country which is the main setting of the 1975 film Paper Tiger.

Kulagong is based on Malaysia since this film was filmed in Malaysia.

The design is probably based on the Malaysian flag but without the blue canton one. Instead, the flag has a weird symbol at the centre on it.

Yewaire is a fictional country in Chinese movie Operation Red Sea (2018) which loosely based on Yemen since the film is loosely based on the evacuation of foreign nationals and almost 600 Chinese citizens from Yemen's southern port of Aden during late March in 2015 Yemeni Civil War.

Funny enough they pun Iranian symbol on the flag despite Yewaire is based on Yemen and put a star on it instead shaddah in original version

Majineg is a fictional country which is the main setting of the Chinese movie, Wolf Hiding (2023). Basically Majineg is a combination of Malaysia and Vietnam. Even the main language of this country is Malay with the Vietnamese alphabet (and some random alphabet).

The flag of Majineg can be seen inside the police station in Kûâlé Lömpûr, the capital city of Majineg. The design is really based on the Malaysian flag with different star and stripes.
