Is there a level 2 charger that can limit the charge to 80%?

My 2018 Kia Soul EV doesn't support charge limiting, so I'm hoping there's a charger out there that supports it. I assume it would have an OBD-II connection to see the charge level.

EDIT: I should have mentioned that this is the US model. Other countries and other years have this feature. Unfortunately in 2018 Kia removed charge level limiting due to shitty EPA rules at the time (which have since been remediated).
