Bluebeam Mandatory Data Collection Notice

In order to open my Bluebeam Revu subscription this morning I had to "Agree" to allow them to collect my data to train their AI models, without limitation. Im not aware of any way to opt out of this.

If you use Bluebeam to open anything sensitive, please be warned.

18-year cardmember. Two weeks ago I noticed merchants were still billing cards I'd cancelled — one as old as 2021. So I asked Amex to opt out of Cardrefresher.

Here's what's happened since:

  • Apr 14: Agent submits the privacy opt-out "on all your cards.
  • Apr 22: Second agent cancels and replaces every card across every user. I pay $70+ to overnight them. Agent submits a "hard block" on every old number. Confirmed in writing.
  • Apr 23: A $600 Docusign charge hits a card whose replacement hadn't even arrived yet. New agent opens investigation GC-019K6D0 and tells me in writing "there will be no more recurring charges on the card."
  • Today: A new recurring charge shows up. On a card still in its FedEx envelope.

Phone supervisor's answer: there's no list of merchants billing me, no way to block them proactively, just wait for unauthorized charges to hit and dispute each one.

So my questions:

  1. Has anyone actually gotten Cardrefresher to stop after opting out? What worked?
  2. Is there really no way to see which merchants hold billing tokens on your account? That can't be right.
  3. CFPB complaint — worth it? What was your timeline/outcome?

Not venting. Looking for a path that actually works....
