Today a thought arose in my mind, and I couldn’t help but want to share it.

The plummet of the revenue of Rafayel’s myth has already begun, and it has been a rather significant drop, and we all know it is going to continue to drop further in the coming days.

The antis are watching the revenue, so, they are literally going to be watching as their desperate effort to prove that they can financially support the game on their own sinks. Remember, because of all of the one time funds they pulled from this is the most they will ever be able to fund a banner with, and they will literally never be able to match this best ever again.

Over the next 12 days the antis are going to watch as the revenue plummets. They are going to have to watch the proof that they have no financial power. And though they will continue to be delusional about it, that is what they will be watching.

And then, come September 1st, the kids will go back to school, and the CN antis will be greatly handicapped as the new laws cone into effect, which will in turn leave the antis with no social power either.

Rafayel’s myth was the beginning of the end for the antis, and it looks like they are too delusional to even see it.

I think we all have theories about everything, about whether Infold will make an announcement tonight, about whether or not Infold will release Valko, about when he might be released if he is. I wanted to present my theory based on everything I have seen up to this point.

I think we all have seen that the antis are… struggling. Infold is pursuing legal action. Many of the minors in China who play the game have or are going to lose their accounts due to Infold pushing age verification on the CN server to weed out the minors. The police have arrested several antis, while others have had police at their door issuing a warning. Beyond this, antis are the minority, there are far less of them than there are of us, and it has been proven that the majority of antis are low spenders if they spend anything at all. Even today there was an anti that has been consistently walking into Infold’s offices, she came in, complaining, saying she had a letter of complaints, but she was flooded with CN girlies flooding her comments, calling her out. She got thousands of comments, and after she deleted all of the comments calling her out… she had 70. Her video was removed. Global and CN players have proven we have more power. All of this means antis should be lower priority in every way.

A counterpoint some might have that I wanted to mention is that, despite them being the minority in every way, Infold listened to them and not us, and to that I would like to say that I don’t believe that the cancellation was necessarily for the antis. I highly suspect that Infold for the past 30 days have been under a gag order, this is primarily because the 29th feels like a very odd day to communicate anything again, even if it is a full moon. It would make sense that they are choosing to announce the winners of Caleb’s Birthday Fanart contest as soon as possible, making the 29th the earliest they are allowed to publicly announce anything. The point of me mentioning this is that if the gag order ends on the 29th it means it and the governments investigation must have started on the 29th of June. A day before the cancellation notice. That and the lack of a seal on the cancellation letter makes it clear that it was made in a rush, and the rush was caused by the Chinese governments involvement. Infold seemed content to ignore the antis, they reinforced that they would NOT be scrapping Valko, so for them to change their mind suddenly means something big must have changed, and the Chinese government seems like precisely that change. Either Infold preemptively cancelled Valko in hopes that getting rid of one of and soon after the second source of the complaints (731) they could protect the rest of the game, or the Chinese government ordered the cancellation pending the investigation. If I am correct in this, Infold should be more willing to release Valko.

Financially Infold has been suffering this whole month. Despite Zayne’s myth rerun and the rerun of a highly anticipated and beloved 4 character banner they still experienced massive financial losses, and I think they have recognized that by not having another rerun after WiW. Many of us have made it clear we will not spend any money until Valko is in the game, and many players have also made it clear that they will not play the game until Valko is back. With Rafayel’s 4th myth confirmed in August and the Qixi festival banner also being in August Infold is either going to have to release Valko soon, and by soon I mean somewhere between today and August 7th, or face major losses again. Infold definitely doesn’t want that.

There are definitely more things I could mention, but I wanted to start mentioning everything that has happened in the past few days. Somebody purchased a Weibo super topic, and though I don’t know how much it is, all you need to know is that it is EXPENSIVE, tens of thousands of dollars. The only person, group, or company that could afford to do and would do it is Infold, and the only reason they would do that is if they are looking to clean up Valko’s rep and making him more popular for a release. Yesterday if I am remembering correctly 22 creators who were commissioned to make posts about Valko by Infold all unhid and posted their content on the same date, it most definitely not a coincidence, Infold likely told them to unhide all of it, again, in preparation for a release in the near future. There was also a very popular VFX artist that release a Valko filter which has blown up on RedNote and Douyin. All of this happened within the course of 48, all of it can’t be a coincidence.

Based on evidence, Infold if building up to a release in the near future. As mentioned earlier, I would expect a release between today and the 7th of August. Don’t be discouraged if we hear nothing about Valko today, based on the evidence we have, Infold is preparing to return the wolf. For now, we need to keep doing what we’ve been doing. Be kind, be respectful, act with love and not hate, and lift each other up. Don’t interact with antis, block any anti subs, and be sure to take care of yourself. Our boys wouldn’t want us to stress until our hair turns grey.

Also, don’t forget about time zones. The day for people in the United States is the night for people in China, a lot of people have forgotten that time zones are a thing.

Today has been rough, there’s no denying it, and it had kinda had me thinking about how this sub used to be. Between the information and the event gatherings and whatever else there was fanart, headcanons, thoughts, opinions. A lot of lighter, more creative stuff.

This subreddit is specifically about the protest, and a part of that should be creating a positive environment that helps morale, boosts spirits, and gives comfort when most needed. I think we need to lean more into that.

People are getting tired, I get it, I am too, but if we all can help each other maintain our passion it’ll help us burn longer. At the very least we still have 10 days to go. If we lift each other up we CAN make it and we WILL get Valko back.

Above all else, we must act with love, kindness, unity, respect, and integrity.

Infold posted a comment under the original contest post on their Taiwan Facebook that the announcement of winners of the Caleb Birthday Contest are being postponed till the 29th.

This is probably the most confirmation of the gag order we are going to get, so for the next 13 days expect no communication from Infold. From the 29th onward they are free to speak and post.

Until then we must continue to protest. I have noticed that with all the recent news the protest seems to be getting a bit disorganized. We should make the effort to reorganize everything and try to center this around the protests efforts.

Be conscious that Infold may not say anything on the 29th, the date is one to look forward to, but not a deadline, just like the 9th.

Also for those of you who want to post theories of what is going on, please make sure you clearly and explicitly state that it is a theory and not a confirmed fact.

Since the beginning of the protest there have been 3 major walls. The Anti Valko group, The Chinese Government, and Infold themselves. If we were going to win we were going to need to conquer all 3.

Now, the Anti Valko group was less a wall we were going to break down and more one we were going to build above while chiseling pieces away that had been lied and deceived in order to be convinced to join. The Anti Valko group has progressively grown louder, more hateful, more cruel, but we have grown brighter, stronger, and more united to match and then outgrow. This wall is ever changing, but I think we can come above.

And now, the wall of the Chinese government has come down as well. For those of you who don’t know, the Chinese government had previously perceived Valko as some sort of threat, considering him some sort of violation, but as of today Valko was freed from these violations, and the Chinese government acknowledged that Infold is solely responsible for Valko’s release, and that the government isn’t doing anything to stop them. They even acknowledged our efforts. And, also mentioned that Infold would be losing a lot of global players and money, which is a bit of a big deal given that China cares a lot about what the rest of the world thinks about them. This means the Chinese government is no longer a threat to Valko or his release.

This leaves us with the final wall. Infold themselves. Because the government has concluded Valko is not a threat, Infold is free to release him, and free to communicate. However, the lack of communication means we have no clue where they stand. I have theories, but for the sake of spreading as much factual information as possible I won’t mention them. For now we have no clue what Infold is doing or when they will acknowledge anything. If we manage to break through the final wall, Valko waits on the other side.

In other news, Chinese media has started reporting on global players petitioning for Valko to be returned in an authoritative news site sponsored by China.

Despite all of the good news, including that fact that the Chinese government is basically on our side, we are still protesting, and we will be until Valko is in the game. Continue to do what you have been, whether it is emailing Infold, not logging into the game, not spending money. Whatever you have done to protest, keep going, ideally more invigorated than ever.

Keep in mind that as the anti Valko group have now lost their trump card, the Chinese government, they are going to do one of two things. Either back off in fear knowing that the Chinese government isn’t on their side, or panic and struggle even harder, and perhaps dirtier. Be very cautious of anything you hear or see, because they are very much not opposed to lying to try to break us down.

Lastly, I know a lot of people are frustrated seeing people still logging in and playing… and I’m going to be honest, I am too. But, everyone’s method or protest may be different, and it’s best to just move on instead of letting yourself get mad. This is a battle of love against hate, not hate against hate. Infighting will only make this more difficult.

Yesterday the signatures for Bring Back Valko were up to 230,000, but today it has dropped down to 200,000. If you or anyone else you know signed, please be sure to check and see if there were any complications that may have made your signature not count.

Recently I posted here that a group called fangirl fêtes was helping to arrange for 2 billboards to have Valko on them in Times Square. I have been waiting to provide an exact time, but I have just now learned that Infold is getting in the way and preventing and LaDS related content to be put up. They are working to find a way around this, because people donated money and it isn’t fair to go to waste, but it likely isn’t going to be as directly related to Valko as it was before.

There has been no news about Valko. Do not log in. Wait for official news about Valko to even try to update the game.

Edit: I made this post because i was watching Miss Nana live on TikTok and at the very end people on discord were going crazy. People were logging in. I wanted to say something immediately to stop as many people from logging on as possible. We need to wait until we get official news from Infold about what the plan is for Valko. Because they are no longer going to Bilibiliworld they have no excuse for their silence anymore. I expect them to say something soon. Just stay strong and be patient, we made it this far girlies, we do this for Valko.

Today Miss Nana on TikTok, who is one of us LaDS girlies did a livestream to make an announcement and give people an opportunity.

One or two days ago she made an announcement. Fangirl Fêtes who you can find on TikTok and other platforms by that name (for context they are unofficial event organizers) were starting a crowdfunding campaign to get put Valko on a billboard in Times Square. This billboard will contain a video of Valko with a QR code for one of the petitions to bring him back, and will be up for roughly 15 seconds.

At this point, to nobody’s surprise, the people who saw that video were incredibly, and within an hour, maybe even within half an hour, the goal of 150$ was reached. But, instead of stopping there Fangirl Fêtes decided to leave it up to see if they could get a second. That goal was swiftly met. So, they decided to keep the crowd funding campaign up to see if they could put Valko up there for longer. Lo and behold, our fellow girlies gave enough money to put Valko up on both billboards for 8 days.

While I do not have an exact time for when Valko will be there on the billboards, I can say he will be there on the 9th through the 16th. Once I find a more exact time I will put a comment under this post.

In that same livestream, Miss Nana came up with a very lovely idea. She wants people to record themselves saying something along the lines of “bring back Valko,” “bring Valko back,” or “justice for Valko” in whatever language or accent you like. You could say it in French, you could say it in English, you can say it in English but with an Australian accent, you don’t have to use your native language or accent. You can also use languages from books, video games, or other media. Alternatively, you can make a poster in whatever language you like as well. You don’t have to show your face if you don’t want to, just record your voice or take a picture of your poster, and then DM it to Miss Nana on TikTok.
