Same shirt, different size — and honestly, I like both 🙌

This is one of my favorite Halara shirt styles. I’ve ordered at least one new color of this style with pretty much every Halara order I’ve placed since I discovered them last October. 😂

The gray shirt is one I’ve had for a while in a Large. Since losing weight, the Large has gotten a little baggier on me, so I decided to try the blue one in a Medium to see if I liked a more fitted look.
And honestly… I like them both.

The Medium definitely gives me a more fitted look, while the Large is looser and a little more forgiving. I think which one I’d choose would depend on the day and, honestly, how I’m feeling about my body that day.

One thing I really appreciate about Halara is the tummy control in their bottoms. As a mom who has had two C-sections and a hysterectomy, I have the lovely apron belly that can make me pretty self-conscious depending on what I’m wearing. Certain pants definitely make me more aware of it. The tummy control on Halara bottoms helps A LOT with that. The red shorts I’m wearing in these pictures are also Halara and have the tummy control, so 🙌.

So for anyone wondering about sizing on this shirt: if you’re between sizes or have lost weight and are trying to decide whether to size down, I think it really comes down to the look you want. The Large isn’t bad on me at all and I actually still really like the relaxed fit. The Medium just gives me a little more shape which I do want sometimes.

I’m probably going to keep buying this shirt in every color I like , and will likely do a mix of smalls and mediums.

Unexpected Favorite Outfit 🖤🐆

I almost didn’t buy a top to go with these leopard pants because I figured I’d just wear something I already owned. But when I saw this top, I knew it would make such a cute outfit, and I’m so glad I grabbed it.

The pants are my favorite part. As a mom who’s had a couple of C-sections and a hysterectomy (iykyk 😅), I really appreciate a flattering high waist, and these hit in exactly the right spot. The little lace detail is such a fun touch, and I’ll just say…my husband was a big fan of how these pants look from the back. 😂

The top surprised me too. It has a built-in bra, which I honestly wasn’t sure about, but it was supportive without feeling tight. I’m a 36B, and it fit really comfortably. It wasn’t tight at all, but also supportive enough, so I do think it would fit well if you are gifted with more than I am. I also love that it’s long enough to wear with leggings, and the off-the-shoulder look makes it feel just a little flirty without being over the top.

This is one of those outfits that could easily be date night in the fall with some cute boots, but the pants are also comfy enough that I’d throw on a soft sweatshirt, grab a cup of coffee, and curl up on my patio with a good book.

For sizing:

• I’m 5’6”, 165 lbs, 36B, with a longer torso.
• I usually wear a Medium or Large in Halara tops depending on the fit. I ordered a Large in this one, and I’m really glad I did because I wanted it to have that relaxed, drapey look.
• For pants, I’m also between a Medium and Large, but I almost always size up to a Large in the UltraSculpt styles since they’re more compressive. These fit perfectly.

Overall…this outfit is definitely a keeper. 🖤🐆

The pink pants in the last picture are Halara UltraSculpt™ High Waisted Tummy
Control Straight Leg Yoga Pants with Pockets in Pink Power / L(regular). I have had these a while and if I bought again I would for sure size down to a medium for a more fitted look, but they still fit fine and are incredibly comfortable.

I’ve lost 40+ lbs, and these jeans have fit through the entire journey.

These pants were in my very first Halara order back in October 2025, and I still wear them at least once a week!

Today I’m only working a half day and have a massage scheduled afterward 🙌, so I wanted something comfortable that still looked put together for work. These checked every box.
I’ve been on a weight-loss journey, which has meant rebuilding my wardrobe along the way. That’s tough when you’re still actively losing weight because you don’t want to replace everything every few months.
When I bought these, I was about 20 pounds heavier than I am now. They were a little more fitted then (but never uncomfortable). Now they’re definitely looser, yet they still stay up without constantly needing to be adjusted or looking baggy in the wrong places. That’s honestly impressed me.

For reference, these are a size Large (Regular). I’m 5’6” and currently 165 lbs. If I were ordering today, I’d probably try a Medium for a more fitted look, but I’m still really happy with how these fit after losing another 20 pounds.

After losing 40+ lbs, Halara completely saved my work wardrobe without breaking the bank.

After losing more than 40 pounds, I was in the weird position of needing an entirely new work wardrobe. As a public library director, I wanted clothes that looked professional enough for meetings but were comfortable enough to wear all day.

I started trying Halara pieces a few at a time, and now…well…you can see from my order history that I may have a slight addiction. 😂

The biggest surprise has been how well everything mixes and matches. I can build multiple outfits from just a few pieces, and most of the fabrics are wrinkle-resistant (because I am NOT ironing) and incredibly comfortable.

My absolute favorites are:

SoCinched High Waisted Wide Leg Pants – flattering, comfortable, and they actually stay put all day (without feeling like you are wearing SPANKS and can’t breathe when you sit down).

High Waisted Flare Work Pants – polished enough for the office while feeling almost like yoga pants (they SERIOUSLY do, while also making you look put together).

I’ve also really liked their oversized work blouses because they’re easy to dress up or down depending on my schedule.

If you’re rebuilding your wardrobe or just looking for comfortable business casual clothes, Halara has honestly been a lifesaver for me.

What are your favorite Halara workwear pieces? I’m always looking for recommendations!
