Hi! I had a C-section 10 weeks ago and I’m still having pain in my incision. Normally after I’m cooking or doing household chores but it’s pretty sore still.
Just wondering if anyone else experienced this and if so how long did it last?
She told me she had to cut more on my right side internally so I definitely have more pain there most days but when I see girls online who have csections working out and everything I don’t understand how to get to that point.
