What do Bulgarians think about Ruse, how is it as a city compared to other cities in Bulgaria? How are the people here compared to the people in other regions? As a Romanian, Ruse is the Bulgarian city we passed the most, going everywhere in Bulgaria (sea, mountains, Sofia) or Greece, we pass through Ruse, it's the city we have contact with the most.
