Lev 2 at LM
GS 9 fed but can get GS 11 in 52 weeks
Also, carrying years from prior mil service to fed etc

Mainly wanted to know which is best for not only pay but also work life balance. I know LM is more of a 10 hour for four days then fri-sun off.

My main goals are career progression and work life balance.

Pay is important but honestly my health and family time are too!
