Seeking feedback and suggestions on our 8 days Alaska itinerary

Hi everyone,

This is our rough 8 days Alaska itinerary - 22nd to 29th Aug.

Day 1 Land in Anchorage, pick up the rental car
Day 2 Alaska wildlife conservation center -> Whittier And Girdwood -> Seward, sleep in Seward
Day 3 Kenai fjords boat tour, sleep in Seward
Day 4 Seward -> Talkeetna drive, sleep in Talkeetna
Day 5 Talkeetna flight tour, drive to Denali, sleep in/near Denali
Day 6 Denali Bus Tour, sleep in/near Denali
Day 7 Morning activity in Denali, drive to Anchorage, sleep in Anchorage
Day 8 fly back

We have two seniors with us who are not used to cold and rain, so we are not planning on any difficult hikes as such. They don't have any mobility issues, if there are some simple hikes, please recommend. Regardless, we all are going to be all geared up with waterproof hiking shoes, raincoats, rain pants, and warm layers.

On our first day, we have to wake up around 4am for our flight from SF, and we land in Anchorage around 1:30pm. I am not sure if we should plan any activities on that day.

Life's been busy, so I haven't been able to add much details to this plan, although I have this weekend to do so. I am seeking feedback from this community on this itinerary, and suggestions for things to do on our way to or from places.

Thank you so much for your help!
