Applied for an MCA online, what should I actually expect from the process?

about to apply for my first MCA online

I've done the research. I know it's not a loan technically, I know what a factor rate is, I know the daily ACH thing

what I don't know is what the actual online application process looks like step by step

a few things I'm unsure about: when they ask to connect to my bank account directly, is that standard or should I just upload statements manually? how many offers should I expect to get and how do I compare them properly? and how fast does it actually fund after approval, not the marketing claim, the real timeline

also is there anything in the contract I should specifically look for before signing that most people miss

Business debt refinancing, is it actually possible to get better terms after taking a high rate loan?

took a merchant cash advance 8 months ago when i was desperate. factor rate was 1.42, daily ACH payments, the whole thing.

paid it down to about 40% remaining. business is in much better shape now, revenue is up, credit improved a bit.

started looking at whether i could refinance the remaining balance into something with a lower cost and monthly payments instead of daily.

is this actually something lenders will do or do they see the MCA on your record and pass? and does the remaining balance need to be above a certain amount to be worth refinancing?

Eagle Business Credit for invoice factoring - anyone used them for startup funding?

my business is only 4 months old so traditional loans are basically off the table.

saw that Eagle Business Credit does invoice factoring with no time in business requirement. that's rare enough that it caught my attention.

the concern is i don't know how my clients would react to a third party contacting them about invoices. some of my contracts are with bigger companies and i don't want it to look like i'm in financial trouble.

anyone used them early on in their business? how did the client notification piece actually play out?
