Hi everyone, I’m pretty new to vgen. A few days ago I got an email saying my account has been banned because I “issued a chargeback on a commission” and that’s against the rules, and I’m not allowed to appeal the ban. I never issued a chargeback I don’t even know how to do that with my bank (useless 19yo) and like I wouldn’t be as upset as I am by this if I didn’t have commissions I’m actively waiting on 🥹 like how do I access the art that I already paid for now? I can’t get into my account to see that anymore, and I’m really lost. Is there nothing that can be done? Do I just have to cut my losses? I emailed vgen back and said that I didn’t do that, but no response yet :(
