disability assistance
is there anyone in minnesota that can help apply for disability for free that isn’t an attorney as that’s technically not free? i’m not a minority or veteran so i don’t qualify for those aids.

I feel like I’ve been stuck in an endless cycle of trying to “get better,” and it never actually leads anywhere.
Ever since graduating college after a TBI, my life has just been appointments. Whether for chronic pain, mental health, physical issues, something new comes up and it starts all over again. There’s no “finished” stage, just constant management and new problems.
I do all the things you’re supposed to do: treatment, meds, therapy, PT, working part-time so I can handle everything. But instead of my life improving, it feels like it just keeps shrinking around my health.
I’m exhausted all the time and I don’t really have anything outside of managing symptoms and recovering from managing symptoms. I genuinely don’t understand how people with long-term pain build any kind of life when there’s no end point.
Does anyone else feel like you’re doing everything “right” and still just stuck in an endless cycle? What actually helped you get out of it?
the feeling of the bristles of toothbrushes make me extremely uncomfortable to the point that i avoid brushing my teeth.
are there any alternatives to brushing that aren’t bristle brushes?
