I'm interested in moving states. Would need to complete admission on motion to do it (I meet all criteria, but still going from non-UBE to UBE). Haven't started looking for jobs there yet - how to go about it? Should I get admitted first? Or should I secure a job first?

My SO and I will be moving to NOVA in August. We are interested, at least for the 1st year, in living in places with nice, walkable downtowns.

Right now, we are primarily interested in Leesburg & Alexandria. We've also partially considered Reston and Ashburn. But we could go as far afield as Manassas, Warrenton, or even Purcellville. So, what other towns should I consider in that general area? Ik it's a wide geographic range, but please assume commute isn't an issue. Just looking for other options.
