So, here’s the gist of the situation. My pledge manager suddenly started showing VAT as 0, even in regions where VAT should still be applied. Because of this, I contacted support and provided all the additional information they requested. After reviewing everything, support escalated the issue to their tax department.

This happened around two weeks ago.

Has anyone here dealt with a similar issue before? If so, how long did it usually take to get resolved? At the moment, the tax team says they’re still investigating, but they haven’t provided any timeline, and the delay is starting to significantly affect fulfillment.
