Builders solictor requested funds from HTB today. How long usually does this take for the revenue to pay and builder to receive?

Everything else is sorted, mortgage protection, house insurance etc all sorted. Build is complete and snags completed.

Builder solicitor said once they receive the HTB they will release the completion notice and then we can request funds from bank.

For anyone whos gone through this recently. How soon until we get keys?

How did they manage to block loi tv on the dodgy box? Ive a membership for loitv but just found it easier watching matches in the firestick as loitv doesnt work great on the tv.

Has anyone else done this, were buying a mid terraced and right outside where I was planning on putting the gas cylinder is our air to water big fan. We can either squeeze the cylinder behind the fan on the intake side or put it infront where it blows out. It wouldnt be blowing directly on the cylinder but it would be just under our kitchen window.

Is this okay? Where would be best to place it? Does it even matter or am I over thinking it
