How long it takes to recover from long standing sleep Apnea

I have been using cpap since 1 week

Following are my test result

My AHI during test was 15 with longest event lasting for 54 seconds
Min Spo2 was 88
Leg flickered 36 times in hour

Using CPAP since 6 night but still have head tightness , mild body pain, mild feverish symptoms, tachycardia .

Feel very sleepy in morning but have to get up for office

How long will it take to recover from my symptoms and which symptoms will be the last to go ?

Age 33 . Chronic symptoms . Need advise what to do

My symptoms started when I was 17. I used to have strong body pains, like the ones we experience during a fever, along with feeling drained all the time and having mild headaches.
Later, I developed tachycardia. I had a Holter and an echocardiogram done to rule out any cardiac abnormality, and both were normal except for sinus tachycardia.
I consulted a neurologist who did an EEG and MRI of my brain and concluded that there was no neurological issue. The doctor felt that my symptoms were due to anxiety.
I then consulted a psychiatrist and started treatment. My feverish feeling and body pains went away with the treatment, but the tachycardia remained, for which I take Metocard XL 50.
Around a year ago, I was diagnosed with high BP. I consulted another psychiatrist, who felt that I did not have any significant psychiatric symptoms and stopped all my medications. The doctor also advised me to undergo a sleep study because I snore.
I recently had the sleep study done and came positive for sleep apnea. Using CPAP but still foeowing symptoms persist

**Current symptoms:**

  1. Feverish like feeling
  2. Strong body aches like fever
  3. Tachycardia not fully controlled by metoprolol succonate 50
  4. Irritability
  5. Lethargic

Please note that my blood work is normal . No thyroid ,no sugar , normal vitamin b12 and D3. KFT and LFT within normal limit
