Any good tutorial on how to mod cars or create a new series?

I looked at the menu but did not see anything.

Hi, I downloaded the WEC mod ( https://www.overtake.gg/threads/%F0%9F%8F%81-wec-2025-mod-for-automobilista-1-conversion-download-from-the-link-below.294918/ ) and have been playing with it, but I noticed problems in performance of the cars. With AI at 105% the lap times in Spa are way lower than real ones.
(times for today's practice were around 2.02 for Hypercars and 2.17 for GTE).

But most worring for me is that the GTE cars have way better performance than the Hypercars.

How can I fix this? I tried looking at the engine files but it's all greek to me. Any tutorials I could't find online on how to tweek performance?

I am in Automobilista 1

I've been trying without success to start a race with WEC mod (https://www.overtake.gg/threads/%F0%9F%8F%81-wec-2025-mod-for-automobilista-1-conversion-download-from-the-link-below.294918/).

Everytime the trace file shows a different car which previously loaded correctly, now with difficulties with their textures. I have tried deleting those cars but everytime a new one have the same problem. I am starting to wonder if this is really the reason for the crashing.

It also mentions it cannot load some files from guapore track but that only happens with this mod.

Anyone can help?
