The sponsor's directive is to eliminate retrospectives. Retrospectives allow the team to learn, adapt, and improve its processes (directly from the solution). Yet the answer goes on to say that "one suggests removal of retrospectives would IMPROVE team processes". What? No it doesn't, it says that the outcome of removing them would be a MISSED OPPORTUNITY to make improvements? The following sentence starts with "reality," so this answer has typos and generally makes no sense.
