Hello. Could you please help me with identifying problems with my Dracaena plant? Bought it from Home Depot about a few months ago and it seems to be drooping a bit lately. It is sitting by a south-west facing window, I don't get a lot of sunlight anywhere else in the house. The leaves have brown patches and yellowing tips. I only use filtered water and have not been overwatering - although the yellow tips say otherwise? The soil seems pretty dry too so I'm not sure how often to water. Is this root rot? Does this plant love the sun? Does it not? Does it need misting? Should I repot in a better pot with drainage (and could you suggest some?)

Any help would be appreciated. I love this plant and want to take better care of it. Definitely new at trying to keep indoor plants alive, so please be kind! Thank you!
