Hello, I am currently reviving UC, I am in the limited capacity for work group. I am based in sussex. I have some mild learning difficulties, so I hope this makes sense.
I took up some part time self employed work a few years back. They know this, and I report what I earn monthly and do a tax return at the end of each financial year. I currently only earn between £300 and £500 a month doing illustration work for personal clients online.
This has all been fine until recently when I had a claim review put on my account. They want 4 months of bank statements for my business account, which I don't have. Everything goes into my one account. I've sent them a message explaining this, and I'm currently waiting for feedback. I can provide bank statements and PayPal info as I take all payments via an invoice on there.
I'm posting this because I'm genuinely spiralling. I'm worried about being forced into full-time work or having my claim out right shut down. I'm probably overreacting, but I have ptsd and depression and life is already a bit much atm. If anyone has any experience with this, please tell me what to expect.
Their giving me till the 14th of May to get the stuff sent in. Then, I have a phone appointment on the 27th to discuss going forward.
