[5 YoE, Product Owner, Product Owner, United States]
I’m 27, currently employed as a product owner, and have 5 years of experience. I previously worked at a car dealership handling digital marketing through high school and college, but left it off of the resume as I didn’t believe it was relevant to the roles I am looking at.
I am not in dire need of a new job, but my company is underpaying compared to others, and I’d like to find something with more competitive pay.
I am looking for similar remote roles at other companies, but am having no luck even getting initial responses from recruiters. There was one that fit my background perfectly, between dealership and product experience, and I reached out directly to a recruiter when I applied, but they skipped over it quickly and never responded.
I’d like some help reframing my resume to stand out from the crowd. A ton of people are applying for these jobs, and I doubt my application is even making it through the AI screening.
