Hi,

I am an Indian national holding a PGWP valid until 2029. I work in a TEER 1 job with a decent salary and about 30k CAD in savings.

I am getting married to a Malaysian citizen this December and want to bring her with me to Canada on a TRV and once inside Canada, switch to an SOWP.

From my research, I know that dual intent is a legitimate way, but I am unsure how to build her application or write a SOP.

She has strong ties to her country as she owns a business, a house, and a car there.

I would appreciate any guidance in the form of constructive opinions, document checklists, gotchas, or relevant alternatives.
