Currently stage IV, colon + liver met. Had Folfox for 2 rounds and then 3 rounds of folfoxiri, the following happened:

- no spread

- primary went from 3cm to 1.5cm

- Liver lesions were as follows:

8.5x6.5cm to 7.2x5.7cm

6.4x5.4cm to 6.4x5.4cm

1.7x1.4 cm to 0.8cm

my surgeon wants more shrinkage, and my oncologist is putting me on avastin. Our current Goal is to get to a Resection + HAIP.

My medical oncologist said this is good, but I just need some outside reinforcement and hard honesty I feel.

What do you think?
