I PASSED! And I don’t know how...

Let me explain: I studied a lot, but the test was INCREDIBLY difficult. It felt like the questions were written by Dr. Evil himself.

Midway through the test, I was like, “Ok, I don’t think I’m going to pass. IDC...” But in the end, I saw the screen saying:

“Congrats on earning your Certified Associate in Project Management certification!”

And I almost cried with happiness.

Besides the difficulty of the project management standards themselves, I’m a Spanish speaker. I studied all the material in English, and I also took the test in English, so it was twice as difficult for me...

Anyway, here is my journey to getting certified:

- AR Udemy course (I began in March)

- PMI Study Hall (I subscribed at the beginning of April. It was a good idea for practice exams and practice questions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND taking the “lessons” in PMI Study Hall, because those aren’t really lessons. They are more like long and useless comments about project standards, when the main ideas could have been summarized in just a few lines. Don’t waste your time on that. It’s better to focus on the practice exams and questions.)

- Landini eBook (THIS WAS THE MOST VALUABLE SOURCE OF KNOWLEDGE. I can’t believe it only costs US$6. All the knowledge regarding Business Analysis that I didn’t get from the AR Udemy course, I found here. It took me 2 days to study and learn all 8 sets of questions (400 questions total), and I also took the full-length exams 5 times. On the last one, I scored 97%.

The only pain was to buy the ebook, I had to use a VPN and create a new account.. thanks Amazon..)
