One thing I’ve learned from working around large corporate teams for years a lot of qualified people are terrible at marketing themselves on paper.

A few small changes to a resume or LinkedIn profile can seriously improve interview response rates

I’ve helped friends with roles in project management, customer success, consulting, account management, and training/dev position themselves better, and I honestly enjoy doing it.
