The cat food lady

We have a lady who does drive ups at our store. Often at full cart, somewhere between 25-30 "bags", and it's all just pallets of cat food accompanied by either Gatorade, soda, or tissues. I really wonder if she's a reseller or something. She often sends in her sons to pick them up, and they are darling, but I've had an encounter with her herself once and it's... Crazy. She demands that the items are stacked in her car in an insanely specific way, and as you're stacking the items, she will not let you put the next in until she scrolls her insanely long checklist, marks it off, then instructs you on where to put the next one. Luckily the one time I encountered her, I had a lot of time and it was rather slow but according to my coworkers, she will do the same when it's busy. Apparently they've even had to tell her off and be like "I have other customers to serve" and leave her with the cart. Anyways, just a really Interesting lady all around

At my location, there's a lady that comes in often close to close- probably half an hour before. (That's not enough time to deal with her, trust me.)

Every time she is here, she returns hundreds of dollars worth of rugs. Sometimes there's some pillows or other domestic items, but mostly just rugs.

Best part is? They're all target plus items, so I have to do them one by one.

I'm not upset at this so much as I am baffled by the amount of rugs. She comes in once a week or every other week depending, but still, why does she need so many rugs? We may never know...
