I am 8 weeks 3 days post injury. I had surgery 7 weeks ago tomorrow.
I was recently told I could start walking again with my boot and crutches. Does anyone have any advice for walking again after 8 weeks?
Also any walking shoes recommended for when I can walk with no boot?
