No Comra Demons they're all heavily amped via Anti Magic, teamwork, and Neverland is a bigger debuff to Lucius Clones than Paladins since it stops they're Time Magic.
William/Charlotte/Rill were heavily amped by Comra Demon Gordon/Gauche. Neverland debuffs Lucius Clones by a lot since they're Time Magic is useless.
Noelle was loosing to V1 Paladin Acier in Never-Neverland which Amps her and Nerfs Paladin Acier. Needed all 3 of her siblings to beat her. Her final attack needed Solid and Nebra to even mitigate it plus it has a CHARGE TIME. Her feat against Lucius was essentially making him loose focus, he was completely unfazed and was offguard as he's only wary of Yuno and Asta. Her anti magic is also warying off so unless you think she somehow got stronger post Paladin Acier fight in her conventional Dragon Valkyrie Form then no she does not scale to Lucius.
Fuegoleon is completely featless outside of warding off V1 Guardian Angels in NEVERLAND. Yes he was protecting citizens but it's not impressive whatsoever, Leopold did it to multiple V2 Guardian Angels WITHOUT Neverland. Yes he vaporized V1 Paladin Morrises Earth Magic Soldiers in Neverland so he makes it above Leopold and some others. Also keep in mind Full Spirit Dive is atleast an 8x amp to stats since Yuno's half spirit dive is stated to be "many" times stronger than base which is more than several which is atleast 3.
No V2 Paladin Heath since hes controlled by Lucius not to mention Yosuga one shots him, Yosuga is stated to be above Ichika and Ichika doesn't get visibly stronger since LoS arc so Yosuga gets upscaled. Sister Lily got blized by Base Kezokaku so shes weaker than upper-tier/echelon Ryuzen. 5 headed Dragon would not be as hard to beat without regeneation.
Lucius was running away from Asta and Yuno, had they started fighting Lucius in their final forms from the start it would have been wraps. Not to mention his GARGANTUAN ULTIMATE MAGIC can't kill PDU Asta/SD Yuno via his own admission. Lucius needed prep time to even get close to outlasting Yuno and Asta. In 2.5 years its more logical to say they'd far surpass him since Asta in 6 months surpassed Zagred in his base form.
"Why's Yuno tied with Asta?" Because Asta barley won that fight and neither one is blatantly surperior to the other it's only when they're both out of stamina that Asta is surperior via willpower. They're too close in power to be ranked above one another.
