Here I am again, my friends, and the soup is simmering away gently and is starting to taste rather good.

Since the reverse split, trading volumes have remained consistently extremely high. Virtually no short positions have been closed out or had to be covered since then. Now we have a situation where, due to the macroeconomic effect, the total number of shares has risen rapidly. In fact, it is simply no longer so easy to push the price down as much as one likes. For weeks, the aim was to keep the share price below one dollar. The short sellers managed this successfully and were even able to push the share price down considerably before the reverse split. Only now are they, in themselves, rather aimless. I still believe that, as things stand, the company is undervalued despite the figures. The brand, the know-how and the production facilities alone are worth more than the share price. Furthermore, there isn’t a single analyst estimate that isn’t above the current price.

For over 48 hours now, all available pages have shown “0 Shares to Borrow” with the borrowing fee remaining unchanged at 20%. This is extremely interesting it’s hard to get shares, but no one is trying to borrow them right now so the borrowing rate doesn’t suddenly skyrocket.

I am not saying a squeeze is definitely coming, but things are really heating up. Nearly all the parameters here would favor a squeeze. Contrary to everyone who foolishly claims it will never happen, it doesn’t have to happen, but it could at any time. You’ll be right about your theory for exactly 360 days until those 3–5 days come when it does happen. I also have no problem waiting for the turnaround, but the fact is that a squeeze is definitely not off the table either.

To be perfectly clear once again: I’m not saying it has to happen and certainly not on those specific days but given the current situation, I believe it could escalate very quickly just from a few additional purchases. What exactly do the shorts plan to do then? Everyone is already positioned, and despite 1 million shares being shorted outside the public markets, the price has continued to rise for the past two days. I think the bulls have the advantage from now on, and to be honest, I’ve been waiting a good nine months for this. Let’s keep a close eye on the whole situation over the next few days.

I bought more last time at $11. Little by little. Target price: $120 (How can you wage a war without ammunition?)

If a squeeze were that easy to take with you, we'd all be millionaires, my friends

Stay strong and don't let anyone influence you. We're on the right path, even if it's a very slow one. I remain deeply relaxed as I continue on the path toward better days.

I think it's really funny how people post negative comments here every day, even though nothing is changing and there's no news. I've been invested for 9 months now because I saw an opportunity for big profits here, following the motto “buy when others are fearful.” I also saw a likelihood of another squeeze. It was clear to me from the start that it would be tough for the company and that a total loss was possible. I consciously took that risk. It was clear to me from the start that the Q1 numbers would be terrible, even though you always hope for a surprise. Then I hoped the Q2 numbers would be a little better, even though it was also clear that most of the positive effects, like Beyond Immerse, new distribution partners, rising meat prices, clean label, etc. wouldn’t kick in until Q3. Yes, that’s why it’s always “the next quarter,” but the fact is that Q3 will show what Beyond Immerse is capable of. And it will also be the most important quarter ever. It’s make or break here. Otherwise, I see an improvement for the first time with the Q2 numbers the fact is, the figures were better than expected, even though the company is still burning through cash. And I successfully made a lot of money on the 3/4 squeeze and bought in several times at the absolute lows of companies facing potential bankruptcy, such as Carvana.

And with every single purchase and every single holding in a company that was on the brink of bankruptcy, there were 100 times as many people telling me how stupid I was. So don’t let yourself be pressured. I’m now sitting on a 40 per cent loss across 20,000 shares; it’s annoying, but that’s perfectly fine by me.

It’s just funny how everyone thinks they know exactly what’s going to happen. Nobody can say at the moment whether the company will go into insolvency or manage a turnaround. Yes, so far everything’s gone down the drain and money’s being burnt through, but even so, nobody can see into the future, and above all, nobody knows how Beyond Immerse will develop. Yes, if the third quarter disappoints again and the gross margin on the cans is abysmal, or if there’s no demand, then things will look really bleak. Even then, hope dies last, and there’d still be enough money to last 2–4 quarters, but that would almost be the final nail in the coffin.

That’s why I’m staying positive and will let myself be surprised once again...hopefully in a positive way. I see an improvement here, not imminent insolvency. So don’t let yourselves be rattled and don’t sell for a few cents. Most people forget that the share price will skyrocket as soon as good figures are released.

And we won’t know who’s right today, or tomorrow, or in a week, or in a month, probably not even in three months but only when the company goes bankrupt or the turnaround is actually confirmed by net profits or gross margins > 25% with rising revenue. Until then, keep blathering every day even if nothing changes, act like you’re Warren Buffett but don’t have the guts to short the stock, and spread negativity.

To all real investors, stay strong. BYND <3

Still an optimistic investor who keeps buying more. I let people talk and do my own thing. For me, the first signs of a turnaround are visible, even if it’s still a long way off.

Once again, to all the motivated investors here. Yes, of course, having to do a RS isn’t a sign of strength, but nothing has changed for us. The figures were actually a real ray of hope for BYND, even if they’re still miles away from profitability. In fact, the gross margin here should be in the 25–30% range with quarterly revenue of 150 million. It should be clear to everyone that there’s still a damn long way to go, but the stock market buys into future prospects, not just the current figures. I’m still optimistic. This is the first time in half a year that BYND has been on a more positive trajectory. The stock is now an absolute bargain, with yet another hefty discount solely due to the reverse split. Sexy. Plus, the borrowing rate is back at 40% and could explode at any moment. I’ll be keeping a close eye on this over the next few days; quite a few new short positions are being opened here at under $0.60. I think that’s playing with fire.

Beyond is definitely worth more than 200 million, even including debt.

I hold now 20,000 shares @$0.62 and I’ll keep adding to my position. Best regards, one of the few real investors in this hate group

Beyond Meat confirms a 1:30 reverse split, and the stock price plummets 15%. I don't see any problem with that at all ... in fact, I see it as a positive.

Maintaining Nasdaq Listing

This is the most important benefit. Beyond Meat aims to use this to once again meet the minimum share price requirement and avoid delisting. The company specifically cites this purpose in its official announcement.

No Shift to OTC Trading

Remaining on the Nasdaq typically means better tradability, higher visibility, and fewer restrictions from brokers than trading outside a major exchange.

Higher Stock Price

The price is effectively multiplied by 30. As a result, the stock no longer appears to be a penny stock.

Access for More Investors

Some funds, asset managers, and institutional investors are not permitted to buy very low-priced stocks. A higher price can remove such formal barriers.

Fewer Restrictions from Brokers

Some brokers restrict trading, margin trading, or certain order types for penny stocks. A price significantly above these thresholds can help.

More Reputable Public Image

A price of, say, $20 is often perceived more favorably than $0.67—even though the valuation is identical.

Potentially Narrower Spread in Percentage Terms

At extremely low prices, even one cent can make a big difference in percentage terms. After the split, the bid-ask spread may be more favorable in percentage terms. However, this is not guaranteed.

A More Manageable Absolute Number of Shares

Approximately 17.2 million outstanding shares are much easier to grasp, both visually and organizationally, than approximately 515.8 million.

Potentially Stronger Price Movements in the Event of Actual Supply Shortages

If, following the split, many shareholders do not sell, borrowed shares become scarce, and strong demand arises at the same time, the smaller visible float could support stronger momentum both psychologically and from a technical trading perspective. However, the split alone does not create this scarcity.

Possible technical disruptions

New CUSIPs, adjustments to portfolio holdings, adjustments to short positions, and the handling of fractional shares may temporarily create friction. This could fuel short-term volatility but is not a reliable trigger for a squeeze.

Rounding up fractional shares

Beyond Meat has announced that it will round up certain fractional shares to the next whole share. As a result, small shareholders may gain a tiny mathematical advantage in individual cases.

No immediate dilution due to the split

Your percentage ownership remains essentially unchanged. 300 shares become 10, but the total number is also divided by 30.

Proportional reduction of authorized shares

The number of authorized common shares also decreases exactly from 3 billion to 100 million. Thus, the split alone does not increase the relative scope for new share issuances.

Well, overall, I thought the numbers were better than expected. Slightly more positive than negative. It was also clear that Beyond Immerse and Beyond Filet aren't contributing to revenue yet. But revenue of 68.5 million, combined with continued low cash burn and improved gross margins, isn't bad in

I'm honestly optimistic and, as always, will continue to buy more shares through Q3 to increase my position. In my opinion, the turnaround is becoming increasingly likely.
