Can't flash crosspoint on my Xteink X3
Hi, can anyone help me with my Xteink X3?
My PC (Windows 10) detects it as: Universal Serial Bus Driver – USB JTAG/Serial Debug Unit.
I tried flashing it using the stock cable, but the website says: “No compatible device found.”
While trying this, I was on the main menu and also tried removing the SD card, but it didn’t help.
I also have a pogo pin adapter from AliExpress, but nothing changes when using it.
I tried using Unlocker Tool and was able to connect the device to Wi-Fi, but the app shows:
“Device joined. Armed; waiting for device-update.”
When I try to update directly from the Xteink, it shows:
“Network fluctuation: -1 Request Error.”
One more important detail: I received the device today. It’s the international version on XT V5.1.6. I ordered it around 7–8 days ago.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
