mastering room mic tape recordings, help!

I was given a big backlog of recordings from a record store. They asked me to chop everything up and make it sound nice, which I could hypothetically do with a little bit of dynamic eq and maybe a limiter for easy mode, but I'm fairly unfamiliar with mastering and I'm wondering what approach others might take or if anyone has some reccomendations for tools to use to even out and improve the sound quality throughout all the tracks. here's a sample of what i'm working with, it's in mp3 but whatever you get the jist. Thanks yall!!
