I recently joined this subreddit and I have gone through multiple posts.

All I see in the comments are bunch of people trying to market their CRM Solution / CRM Implementation service or (like one user) market their spreadsheet claiming it does a better job that any CRM.

Can someone give me context? I don't want to judge too soon.
